Zoom Video Consultations

On 29 March 2020, the Minister for Health, Greg Hunt announced the expansion of telehealth to allied health practitioners, during COVID-19.

Commencing on Monday 30 March 2020 at 8am, Australians will be able to access their allied health practitioner for bulk billed Medicare services, through telehealth (video-conference) and phone consultations. These new arrangements will be in place until 30 September 2020, before undergoing review.

You do not need a new referral if the client has sessions remaining in their plan.

To access Zoom video consultations please complete the booking process via the Book Online button and a confirmation email will be sent to you with a secure link to the Zoom online private meeting room.  This Zoom video session meets NSW Health Privacy requirments for online communications.

If you do not have access to a device with video capabilities then a consultation can still be completed via normal voice phone call. Please call us to talk about it.
